Guesthouse

When you arrive at the parking area of the guesthouse, the entrance is at the other side of the house, through the main door, on the terrace bordered with rose beds. On the ground floor you will find halls arranged in an enfilade, with a central foyer between them. A spiral staircase with high steps leads to the upper floor. Most of the rooms are located under the Baroque-style high, hipped roof.

The rooms under the roof were built as recently as the last decades of the past century. They are different to the historical master bedroom on the ground floor of the manor in both their size and style. Besides the rooms, the guests can also use a spacious lounge in the upper floor foyer, complete with a TV, a couple of bookshelves, and board games.

Twin Room

On the first floor of the Loona Manor guesthouse, there are seven twin rooms with a view on the manor park, fields, or the alleyway. Rooms with simple furnishings feature sloping ceilings and window niches. All rooms have showers and toilets. Floors are carpeted. There are mostly twin beds which can be arranged as one double. Rooms vary slightly in size and design, and some rooms can accommodate an extra bed and/or cot.

On the ground floor of the manor there is a double room with a private entrance. It has a distinctive design and is furnished with a queen size bed (160x200 cm). The room is suitable for people with limited mobility as well as people with pets.

Breakfast in Loona Manor is included in the room price. Dinner can be ordered when making a reservation.

Superior Room

The two family suites of Loona Manor are located on the first floor. One offers a view to the manor park and the other one to the alleyway. Both suites feature a bedroom and a living room, leaving more space for extra beds.

Bedroom beds have king-size mattresses (180x200 cm), and the beds can be arranged as singles or moved to separate rooms, as necessary.

Superior rooms are ideal for families with children, or for longer stays. The suites have showers and toilets, hair dryers, and refrigerators. Floors are carpeted.

Single Room

A small convenient single room is located on the first floor of the guesthouse. The room is small, private, and simple. It offers all amenities necessary to ensure a comfortable stay: shower and WC, and carpeted floor. Internet connection may be slow at times. However, a comfortable lounge in the first-floor foyer offers a strong Wi-Fi signal in addition to a small library and TV.

Halls

The various halls of Loona Manor offer a variety of options for hosting meetings, celebrations, birthday parties and other special occasions.

The Fireplace Hall of the manor is excellent for holding a smaller birthday party and is particularly cosy in the chilly winter season. The hall accommodates up to 24 guests.

The Piano Hall is perfect for larger events with up to 60 guests. The Hall has space for live music performances and dancing. There is a beautiful Estonia piano with a resonant sound which your guests will love from the moment they hear it played.

Work meetings

All halls are suitable for holding work meetings. However, they vary in size.

Piano Hall

theater style - up to 80 people;
cabare style - up to 56 people;
conference style - up to 30 people;
U-shaped arrangement - up to 30 people;
7 separate tables with 8 people each.

Fireplace Hall

theater style - up to 30 people;
one big table - up to 24 people;
banquet style arrangement - up to 24 people.

Cafe hall houses up to 20.

House rules and Cancellation terms:

Check in to the guesthouse is available from 3 pm. Check out is by noon on the day of your departure.
The price of an extra bed is 30€, 15€ for children under 12 years old, free for children up to 3 years old.
A spacious and secure parking area behind the guesthouse is free for all guests.
Smoking is permitted outside.
Pets are allowed subject to prior arrangement.
In order to allow all guests to enjoy their stay at Loona Manor, bringing your own alcohol is not permitted. Guests with their own alcohol will not be served.
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than three (3) days prior to scheduled stay is free of charge. Cancellation notice between 72-24 hours prior to scheduled stay will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the reservation cost. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date, the guesthouse reserves the right to charge you 100% of your reservation.
Payment for accommodation is taken on the day of departure at the latest, or by prepayment invoice before arrival. Please let us know if you wish a prepayment invoice when you make your reservation.
